Pickup & Delivery:

We need a 2-4 day notice to get your order ready. If you need a last-minute arrangement, please contact us first.

Pickup

Available by appointment only at our commercial kitchen in Campbellsville, Kentucky, unless we are available locally that day in an area near you.

 

Pickup can be scheduled between the hours of 7am - 8pm. If these hours don't work for you, please contact us before placing your order. 

 

On the arranged day/time, please arrive at your selected pickup time. If the order isn't picked up as scheduled, a new pickup needs to be arranged, and our availability is limited as we will only hold it up to 10am of the following day. Unclaimed pickup orders will receive no refund.

 

Delivery

Minimum delivery order is $60. Delivery fee is calculated based on the distance to the kitchen located in Campbellsville, Kentucky, and it is limited to certain areas. Please reach out to see if your area is included.

 

For longer distances, please message us to calculate the delivery cost. Please contact us to see if your delivery time is available. Fees apply and will be calculated at checkout.

On the arranged day/time, please make sure someone is available to receive the order. We can't leave the food unattended. If no one is available to receive the order, we will return it to the kitchen, and a pickup needs to be arranged. We will only hold orders up to 10am of the following day. Unclaimed pickup orders will receive no refund.

 

Holiday Hours

Pickup and delivery hours may be limited on holidays. Any changes to our regular schedule will be announced in advance on our website and social media.
