Bluegrass Boards was born from a shared love of food, family, and the simple joy of gathering around a beautiful table.

I’m Courtney — a second-generation American of Italian decent who grew up with a deep appreciation for the art of hosting and feeding people well. In my family, food was never just food. It was how we expressed love, brought people together, and celebrated life’s little moments. My husband Brian, a proud Army veteran and Kentucky native, brings the spirit of Southern hospitality to everything we do. His eye for detail, calm under pressure, and heart for service make him the perfect partner in both life and business. Together, we’ve poured our passion into Bluegrass Boards — blending my Italian roots with his Kentucky pride to create curated grazing experiences that feel personal, welcoming, and unforgettable

What began as a creative outlet quickly blossomed into something more. I started arranging boards for small get-togethers, and before long, friends and family were asking, “Can you make one for my event?” What started as a few boards for friends quickly grew into something much bigger — a way to help others celebrate life’s special moments without the stress. Whether it’s an intimate date night, a baby shower, a wedding, brunch, or a corporate event, we believe every board should tell a story — through color, texture, and taste.

We now offer everything from individual charcuterie boxes and brunch boards to full-scale grazing tables and charcuterie carts, all designed with thoughtful presentation and quality ingredients. No two spreads are the same — because no two celebrations are. Our mission is simple: to make hosting feel effortless and special. Every board is thoughtfully crafted with quality ingredients, seasonal touches, and a whole lot of love.
