How pricing works for the Charcuterie Cart:

Public pop-ups (like customer appreciation, grand openings, or community events):
Starts at $325 — Perfect for high-traffic, grab-and-go settings. We serve individual charcuterie cups or cones as guests pass by, making it quick, easy, and efficient.

Prices for private events (such as weddings, showers, and corporate events):
Starts at $575 for up to 25 guests. These gatherings tend to be more intimate, where guests mingle, graze, and return for seconds. We provide a full-service experience with curated bites tailored to your crowd. Additional guests are $14 each.

Please Note
To secure your event date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance must be paid in full at least two weeks before the event.

What areas do you serve?
We cater events in Central Kentucky, Northern Tennessee, Southern Indiana, and Ohio. Please inquire about specific areas or areas that may be considered outside of the listed parameters.
Is there a minimum guests requirement?
Yes. Our on-site setups require a minimum of 25 guests.

Can I choose the food options for the charcuterie cart?
Yes! Our charcuterie cart is fully customizable to suit your event style. You can select from Classic Charcuterie, Brunch Bites, Kids' Charcuterie, Dessert & Campfire, and Custom Themed.

If I am choosing classic charcuterie, what are my options?
You can choose from a variety of cheeses, charcuterie, fruit, and accompaniments to create the perfect spread. Your available options will be:

Cheeses: select 3 from options like aged cheddar, brie, goat cheese, mozzarella balls, Dubliner, gouda, manchego, and merlot cheese.

Charcuterie: select 2 from options such as prosciutto, salami, soppressata, and pepperoni.

Fruit: select 2 options from grapes, strawberries, blackberries, apples, oranges, and dried apricots.

Accompaniments: select 5 from items like olives, pickles, almonds, pistachios, jam/jelly (marmalade, fig, raspberry, or strawberry), honey, pickles, crackers, and chocolate.

Yes! We accommodate vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and other dietary needs.

How will the charcuterie be served to my guests?
The charcuterie can be served in disposable containers (cones, cups, or plates), which is a convenient and hassle-free option. Alternatively, you can choose to rent our beautifully crafted wood boards for $1 per person.

How is the charcuterie cart set up?
Our team arrives 45-60 minutes before the service begins to set up the cart and prep ingredients.
We provide a 2-hour staffed, interactive experience - guests will choose what goes on their plates.
After service ends, we handle all cart cleanup and breakdown.
What You Provide: a suitable space for cart placement (indoor or outdoor) with access to shade or covering if needed.
